The Northern Territory Secure Facilities project encompasses a number of centres within the one precinct, being constructed by Baulderstone in joint venture with Sitzler.

Sitzler Baulderstone Joint Venture is the design and construct contractor for seNTinel, the consortium selected by the Northern Territory Government to design, construct, finance and maintain the facility over a 30 year period in a Public-Private Partnership (PPP). The project includes an 800-bed Correctional Centre with capacity for an additional 200 beds capable of immediate occupation if required, a 30-bed multi-classification Mental Health and Behavioural Management Centre (MHBM), and a Supported Accommodation and Programs Centre (SAPC). The SAPC is a 50-bed facility designed to house lower-risk offenders whilst providing education and rehabilitation support services.

Works commenced on site in October 2011 and will be complete 2014.
