DETAILS
The Energex Headquarters is the first major commercial building in the Newstead Riverpark, the centrepiece precinct of Newstead-Teneriffe which is Queensland’s largest urban renewal project. The design of the new six level headquarters provides large flexible floorplates, organised around an open lift core and three full height atrium spaces.
